What is our methodology?

We explain step by step how we work and why we're sure it's one of the keys to our success.

01 First contact

First of all, whenever we receive a request to begin a project, the first thing we do is carefully review the information you provide. We look for references about your company and try to get to know you a little better before starting any type of work. The goal at this point is to understand what we might be up against and what your objectives might be.

02 - Documentation

Once we have a basic understanding of who you are and what you want, we move on to gathering all the necessary documentation to properly assess the project. If there are previous 3D models available, in what formats? What references inspired you to request the visual product, key points of the product, and, last but not least, when you need it (yesterday, we know!).

03 - Proposal

Once we're clear about your request and the deadline, we move on to developing a personalized proposal that meets your needs. Our proposals are always flexible: we offer alternatives for most concepts so you can choose what best suits your objectives.

We don't like ties

Our work is based on mutual trust. That's why we never include clauses that limit the changes to be made to a project before it has been delivered. We understand that projects are ongoing and undergo modifications throughout their development, and we try to adapt accordingly. When this happens, we assess it and discuss it with complete transparency.

04 - Phase 1 - Previews

Once the proposal is accepted, we begin the work. We adhere strictly to the delivery terms established in the estimate.

First, we begin preparing or modeling the 3D environment in which the action will take place. This way, we can begin providing preview footage so the client can see the progress of the project and begin the correction phase.

05 - Phase 02 - Corrections

It's practically impossible for everything to fit together the first time. The advantage of audiovisual products is that they allow all parties to see the project from a much more complete perspective. Changes and modifications arise as the project takes shape. Progress is made on modeling, materials, the animation of all elements, and camera views or paths, always based on direct and constant communication with the client. Everything has to be perfect, and we'll make the necessary corrections to ensure it is.

06 - Phase 03 - Details

Once we've received the final OK, we move on to the more artistic part. The details make the difference, and this is where we need to be more perfectionist so that our project gives the viewer the feeling that they're seeing something original, creative, and real.

07 - Phase 04 - Delivery

The final delivery of the material takes place within the agreed terms and conditions, both in terms of time and format. We adhere to the file formats and delivery times determined in the initial phases of the project. This is where we put our greatest effort.

08 - Follow-up

Our work doesn't end once we deliver the product. We like to be close to you to assess whether the objectives have been met and whether you are satisfied with the result. We are also available to resolve any last-minute issues that may arise regarding the playback or implementation of our animations.
